Introduction
Hybrid meetings now bring in-room and remote people together. Both sides expect the same clarity, timing, and ease of use, which older setups often don’t keep up with.
Rooms were built over time, with separate tools for video, audio, and sharing added at different points. This leads to differences between rooms, even for the same kind of meeting.
Needs have also changed. Meetings now need to start fast, use AI tools like transcription and summaries, and let people move between in-room and remote use without changing how the room works. This is pushing systems toward one setup - and that is all the StarryHub Core Series is about.
1. What Is StarryHub Core?
StarryHub Core Series is an all-in-one meeting system developed by CZUR for conference rooms. It integrates audio-visual communication and content sharing into a single unified device.
Built on dedicated hardware, the Core Series runs StarryOS 6.0 (based on Android 14), providing meeting applications and collaboration tools within a single software environment, enabling an integrated meeting experience from device to workflow.
The Core Series combines video conferencing, audio processing, screen sharing, and device control into one system architecture. This reduces dependence on external devices and simplifies both deployment and daily operation in meeting rooms.
AI capabilities run locally on the device, supporting functions such as auto-framing, audio noise reduction, and sharing control. This eliminates the need for external computing units while improving meeting efficiency.
In terms of product structure, the Core Series offers multiple models designed for different meeting space sizes, ranging from small collaboration rooms to medium-sized conference rooms, enabling a scalable and unified deployment approach.
In daily use, StarryHub Core serves as the central unit of the meeting room, handling meeting execution, content display, and audio-video control, allowing the entire meeting workflow to operate within a single integrated system.
2. What Models Are Available in the StarryHub Core Series?
StarryHub Core comes in three variants: Core20, Core30, Core50. Same StarryOS 6.0 across all. Same meeting apps and workflow. What shifts is coverage scale and how far the system can stay reliable in a room.
Core20
Huddle rooms 2-6 people usually get Core20. Tight seating defines the layout, so wide capture matters more than distance handling.
A 12 MP 123° ultra-wide camera shows the whole group in one frame. A 6-mic 360° array picks up speech from about 5-6 m away. Within that range, small rooms are fully covered without extra adjustment.
Core30
Medium rooms for 8-15 people move to Core30. Table length starts to stretch, and speaker distance stops being uniform.
To handle that spread, a dual 48 MP camera setup (123° + 62° FOV) comes in, letting both near and far speakers stay in frame and tracked. Audio extends to 8-12 m through a MEMS 6-mic array, so far-end voices don’t drop out when seating widens.
Core50
Large rooms for 20-40 push into Core50. Boardroom layouts and training setups create uneven spacing and mixed interaction zones.
Here, the main setup stays the same, with a 10.1-inch touchscreen for control and annotation. Audio output also moves up to 10 W x2 speakers for the models that work with larger spaces.
3. Key Features of the StarryHub Core Series
4K Ultra-Wide AI Camera
4K ultra-wide camera captures everyone in the room, while AI Smart Framing automatically keeps participants and speakers perfectly in view throughout the meeting.
360° AI Audio
A built-in 6-microphone 360° array with AI echo cancellation and noise reduction delivers clear, natural audio without the need for external microphones in most meeting rooms.

4. Which Core Is Right for Your Meeting Room?
Pick a Core model by how the room is used, not by how many seats it has.
Here’s a short breakdown:
-
Core20: small huddle rooms, simple meetings, tight seating
-
Core30: medium rooms, mixed use, regular team meetings with some distance seating
-
Core50: large rooms, structured meetings, frequent presentations, and multi-person sessions
The biggest point is that room size alone does not show how meetings behave.
Start with layout. Long tables, square rooms, and mixed seating all create different patterns. Some rooms stay focused in one direction, others shift between discussion and presentation.
Then look at how people normally use the space. Some rooms are always near full. Others move between small groups and full attendance. That changes how stable the setup needs to be during meetings.
Meeting style also matters. It changes how work is done, since fast internal calls need simple, quick use while longer structured meetings need more flexibility in how content and people are handled.
After that, consider room constraints like mounting points, cable routes, power access, and screen positions. These often decide what can actually be installed without changing the room.
Also factor in how the system fits with existing tools and IT rules. If it needs to match current platforms or policies, that can affect the final choice more than features.
For multi-room setups, think about how easy it is to manage at scale. A setup that works once may be harder to maintain when repeated across many rooms.
Long-term use also matters. It means rooms will change over time, so setups that stay usable across different meeting styles work better than a tight one-time match.
